Each role sees what it is allowed to see. Owners and admins make the changes.
What it keeps

Roster
Sections, ranks and departments. Search and filter by rank, department or status, with a live active count.
Strikes
Date, reason, issuer and an optional expiry. Anyone at your threshold is listed under Needs attention. Nothing happens automatically.
Resignations and terminations
A reason is required and the approver is recorded. The person leaves the active roster; their history stays. Admins can reinstate.
Resources
Two columns of links for rules, guides and forms, plus an optional ticket button.
Roles
Owner, admin, staff, member. The rules live in the database, not just on the screen.
Audit log
Every change to people, strikes, logs, links, settings and roles is recorded. Nobody can edit or delete it.

Who is this for?
Roleplay and gaming communities, such as FiveM servers, that keep a list of staff and members with ranks.
What counts toward the free limit?
Only active members. Resigned and terminated members do not count. Free allows up to 50 active members.
Can I look before I sign up?
Yes. The demo is a read-only community with made-up data.
Who can see the resignations and terminations logs?
You choose. Resignations default to staff and above, terminations to admins and the owner.
Do you connect to Discord or my game server?
No. You can log in with Discord and store Discord handles, but nothing is synced and there is no in-game link.
